With over 25-years of executive experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Jin leads VIVO’s hospitality group. He is responsible for pre-opening coordination and ongoing property/asset management.

With his intimate involvement in the opening and operations of award-winning, full-service, luxury resorts, Mr. Jin prides himself on creating engaged service- focused teams that elevate the customer experience regardless of the hospitality product or hotel flag. His expertise in revenue management, strategic sales, property promotions, and creative event programming typically results in greater market share and bottom line revenues for assets under his supervision.
