Since the company’s inception, Mr. Lu's primary focus has been property  acquisitions, concept design, feasibility analysis and new venture structures.

Prior to VIVO, Mr. Lu handled land acquisitions, entitlements, design direction and construction for single family and master planned communities, ground lease retirement resorts and multifamily condominium projects.

Mr. Lu has been involved with the International Council for Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and Valley Partnership.
