Kristen Matthews

Financial Modeling and Analysis

Ms. Matthews, a CPA, joined VIVO in 2002 following her prior assignment working for a regional retail development and property management firm.  In addition to overseeing corporate accounting, she managed the accounting of VIVO's property partnerships.

With a personal calling to move to higher and cooler ground, Ms. Matthews opened and oversaw a satellite accounting office in Denver from 2013-2016.  Upon deciding to consolidate accounting functions in Arizona, Ms. Matthews transitioned to hourly consulting with a focus on financial modeling and analysis for new development projects.
