Devan Wastchak

Mr. Wastchak primarily focuses his time and efforts on operations and capital partner / lender relations associated with VIVO’s development ventures.

Mr. Wastchak has lead the development of many of VIVO’s projects from initial conception through completion, so he is intimately familiar with every step in the development process.  He has personally orchestrated the turn-key development of luxury apartment communities in excess of 3,000 units.

​

He served on Chandler’s Planning and Zoning Commission and is a former member of Chandler’s Industrial Development Authority.
