Our Team's conscious integration of many desirable "private" outdoor seating and social areas, as well as our innovative utilization of wellness technology and automated parcel delivery systems, prove valuable as we move forward into an age that may occasionally necessitates the need for social distancing while maintaining a sense of social connection to one's community. 
Having completed many successful HUD 221(d)4 construction to permanent loans, as well as 223(f) refinances, VIVO's Team is an expert in HUD underwriting and loan processes for market-rate, Class 'A' communities.
In addition to development for its own account, VIVO has provided land acquisition through grand opening Fee Development Services for thousands of multifamily units.  Once open, VIVO provides asset management services to its partnerships, and hires a best-in-class apartment management firm to oversee the day-to-day onsite leasing, management and maintenance operations.
